HTTP Request Header is a HTTP Header Field used within a HTTP Request

Not all HTTP Header Fields appearing in a HTTP Request are HTTP Request Header. For example, the Content-Length HTTP Header Fields is an HTTP Entity Header referring to the size of the body of the HTTP Request message. However, these entity requests are usually called Request headers in such a context.
