HTTP Response Header is a HTTP Header Field used within a HTTP Response

Not all HTTP Header Fields appearing in a HTTP Response are HTTP Response Header. For example, the Content-Length HTTP Header Fields is an HTTP Entity Header referring to the size of the body of the HTTP Response message. However, these entity Response are usually called HTTP Response Header in such a context.
