Legal TLS Interception is when a user is subjected to a TLS Proxy and is not notified.

Sure they may have signed that the organization is allowed to intercept communications done on their network when the user became an employee, but it is a deceptive practice as described in TLS is Broken.

Such Legal TLS Interception can be found in most enterprise firewalls but also lots of anti-virus.
