[{$pagename}] are a [NDS Obituaries Classification] that represent the eDirectory servers that__ must be notified__ about a [NDS Primary Obituaries] action. eDirectory assigns these obituaries to an object and they cannot be assigned by an eDirectory Client.
There is one [{$pagename}] assigned for each eDirectory server that holds a replica of the partition that encompasses the object and there is one for each eDirectory server that holds an [NDS External References] of the [NDS Obituaries].
These [{$pagename}] are removed by the Replica [Purger] background process. The obituary types classified as Secondary Obituaries are:

* [BACKLINK Obituary]
