[{$pagename}] is the [LDAPSyntaxes] amd has an [OID] of [1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.38] or ([Microsoft Active Directory]) [2.5.5.2]
[{$pagename}] is an [Object Identifier]: a sequence of two or more non-negative integers that uniquely identify some object or item of specification. Many of the object identifiers used in LDAP also are in the [IANA Registry] for names [RFC 4520].
The LDAP-specific encoding of a value of this syntax is defined by the <oid> rule in [RFC 4512].
