[{$pagename}] script is for placing execution items that should be run before the [EDirectory] "ndsd" server daemon is started.
This was added to allow the Novell supplied ndsd start-up script to be modified by Novell and installed when upgrades to [EDirectory] are performed without over writing customer's that made changes to the ndsd script.
