LDAP Request are initiated by the LDAP client (DUA) as LDAP Messages which are sent to the LDAP Server (DSA).LDAP Requests that can be performed are as defined as LDAP Messages
- Bind Request
- SearchRequest
- Compare Request
- Add Request
- Delete Request
- Modify Request
- ModifyDNRequest
- Unbind Request
Many of these LDAP Request can be made as either as a Synchronous Operation or Asynchronous Operation.
