SSLv2 or Secure Socket Layer version 2 is described in a draft, had a number of weaknesses, some of them rather serious, so it is Prohibiting Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Version 2.0 (RFC 6176) and newer SSL-TLS implementations MUST NOT support it (while older deactivated by default).
RFC 6176 requires that TLS clients and servers NEVER negotiate the use of SSLv2.
