Telecommunications (or Digital communication or "Electronic Communication") is a "Digital" Communication which is the act of conveying intended meanings from one entity to a recipient through the use of a mutually understood protocolTelecommunications are defined as "any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a wire, radio, electromagnetic, photoelectronic or photooptical system that affects interstate or foreign commerce."
