Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) is the old ZigBee Alliance

What they say they do:

• Develop open, global standards for wireless device-to-device communication for the IoT (Internet of Things)
• Certify products to help ensure interoperability through our Certified program
• Promote the use of our standards around the world

Cost to Join#

Connectivity Standards Alliance maybe open but it cost a minimum of $7,000 for each year you wish to be a member and you must be a member to get any product "certified". These constraints limit the members to only the larger corporations.
