Overview#

DSE_NMAS_LOG_FINISH_LOGIN_STATUS eDirectory Event Type is mapped to the CREATE_SESSION XDAS Security Event which is used to monitor the authentications in the eDirectory tree.

DSE_NMAS_LOG_FINISH_LOGIN_STATUS will show success from the XDAS ExtendedOutcome value of "0".

Authentication Failures#

• XDAS ExtendedOutcome value of "-1642" with Details value of "Login failed"
• XDAS Event shows a XDAS Action of INTRUDER_LOCKOUT with a eDirectory Event Type of DSE_ADD_VALUE
