Data Processing Agreement may only be required if using Sensitive Data (like Personally Identifiable Information)

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)#

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has very specific Legal terms that must be put in a Data Processing Agreement.
