LDAP DNS Name#
Enter the LDAP Host DNS name or IP Address.LDAP Port#
Usually port 389 is used unless you are using SSL, then you would probably use 636. If you have issues connecting, contact the LDAP Administrator.Connect As#
Enter the fully distinguished name of a user with rights to read the Universal Password.Connect Password#
Enter the password for the "Connect As" Entry as provided above.Save Password#
Checking the checkbox will save the password in "CLEAR-TEXT" to the properties file on your hard drive.BaseDN for users#
Enter the BaseDN where the users of interest are located within the LDAP DIT. The Dump Password Information Tool will always search from there and below. (SubTree)Size Limit#
Enter the Limit for the number of users you will be evaluating. We provided this value for issues in really large trees of over 100,000 users. Most people can leave the value at the default.Time Limit#
The Time Limit is the amount of Time the Application will wait for the following operations:- To bind to the LDAP directory
- For the Search for User Entries to return
