This is the log output from a run against production:

Entries with ===>>> are entries where there are values in the template that we expect to see in on the server. ERROR

Entries without the ===>>> are entries on the server for attributes that are defined in the template. WARN

The (nds) etc identify what object the values were read from. 
*(nds) = NDS Server object
*(ldap) = Ldap server object
*(group) = LDAP Group Object
*(http) = http server object
*(root) = rootDse Entry
