Overview#

End-to-end Encryption (E2EE) is a form of End-to-End Communications which requires the encryption of data by Alice and that decryption is ONLY able to be performed by Bob

End-to-end Encryption ensures that data is turned into a secret message by the original sender (Alice), and decrypted only by its final recipient (Bob). This implies Surveillance by Eve can NOT perform Decryption, including Wi-Fi cafe snoops, Law Enforcement Agency, your Internet Service Providers, Proxy Servers, and even the website or app you are using. End-to-end Encryption is considered more secure than Transport Layer Security (TLS)
