False Non-Match Rates (FNMR) is the rate at which a biometric process miss-categorizes two captures from the same individual as being from different individuals.False Non-Match Rates is the same as the False Reject Rate for a typical classification Algorithm

False Non-Match Rates Normally, measures the classification subsystem performance and False Reject Rate is an overall system.
