Unable to determine how one would keep "External" [Digital Identity] within [Google Cloud Platform]. Appears that there are different classes of [Digital Identity] in [G-Suite Domain]:
* domain profiles: Includes profiles of internal users (people with addresses in your domains). Hides any external contacts you've added with the Domain Shared Contacts API.
* domain shared contacts: Includes external contacts added using Domain Shared Contacts API. They are people who don't have addresses in your domain but who your users need to contact.

However these "people who don't have addresses in your domain" also may not have any [Google] [credentials].
