You can resync a user from the event transformation on the Subscriber channel by injecting a [sync|http://developer.novell.com/ndk/doc/dirxml/dirxmlbk/ref/ndsdtd/sync.html] element in the document.

You will probably want to copy all the attributes from the original event onto the sync, but not the association.
