Overview#

Identity Assurance is process used by a Relying Party to determine a Level Of Assurance from a Third-party, usually a Identity Provider (IDP) or Registration Authority, that the Claims provided are True for a given Digital Identity.

Identity Assurance's Assurance Level my be a required by Regulation to be supplied to a Relying Party.
