Using Imanager's Roles and Tasks#

Novell provides a highly scalable and redundent management utility that can be customized to nearly every need for managing values within EDirectory. >>>This needs to be expanded upon. Some quick notes.

• Adding a user to a group is automated so that all attributes are populated correctly.
• Modifications to attributes, user entries, and groups can be restricted to Members of a role by Imanager
• When managing via Imanager custom pages maybe created with little programing ability to limit the "view" to the administrator.

Backlinks do exist to at least the same extent as they would with groups.

Finally, special acls are applied to the "scope'd Object"
