The well known TCP and UDP port for [LDAP] [network traffic] is 389.

[LDAP] can also be tunneled through [SSL]/[TLS] [encrypted|Encryption] connections ([LDAPS]). 

The well known [TCP] port for [SSL]/[TLS] is 636 

The well known [TCP] [StartTLS] is negotiated within a plain TCP connection on port 389.
