Overview#

LDAP_REFERRAL is an LDAP Result Code that does not indicate an error condition but rather that a LDAP Referral or SearchResultReference was encountered.

In LDAPv3, indicates that the server does not hold the target entry of the request, but that the servers in the returned LDAP Referral field may.
