* range 0-128
When the number of [Idle threads] exceeds this number but is less than the [N4u.server.max-threads] then the [NDS Thread Pool] it trimmed of excess [NDS Threads]

Issues resolved in eDirectory 8.8 SP8 Patch 6 September 2015 - Ndsconfig can now set n4u.server.idle-threads __above 128__
So [{$applicationname}] do not know the real settings.
