Nested JWT is a JSON Web Token in which nested JSON Web Signature and/or JSON Web Encryption are employed.

Nested JWT JSON Web Token is used as the payload or plaintext value of an enclosing JSON Web Signature and/or JSON Web Encryption structure, respectively.
