Driver Naming#

Driver writers must follow this guideline and name their driver compliant to this convention:

<type>[-<system>][-<seq#>]

• type: Type of the driver: jdbc, ad, dt, nt4, edir, etc.
• system: Name of the system this driver talks to. E.g. the name of the AD domain or

the Exchange Site.

• seq#: To differentiate multiple drivers connecting to the same application
