The string represented by the Path Field is compared for EQUALITY using the same rules that Case Exact String uses. That is, two Paths match for equality when their lengths and corresponding characters, including case, are identical.
In comparing two Path Field, the following white space (spaces, tabs, etc.) are not significant:
In matching attributes that conform to this syntax, those spaces that are not significant (as defined above)are ignored even though EDirectory stores insignificant spaces with the attribute value.
