The [{$pagename}] is a component of the [DirXML-Policies] attribute and determines both the placement of the policy within the Driver and the order within the [DirXML PolicySets] 

The [DirXML-Policies] attribute implements the [Typed Name|TypedName] Syntax which is a [Component Syntax] and consists of the following components: 
* DN component - is the [DN] of an entry (the policy object), 
* interval component or [{$pagename}] - a numerical representation of each of the possible [Policy Set Interval Values] 
* level component or [Policy Level] - the ordering of the various linked policies in the policy set defined in the Policy Interval
