RFC 5000 is a RFC describing Internet Official Protocol Standards

RFC 5000 obsoletes RFC 3700. It also reclassifies RFCs that were previously published as STD 1 as Historic. More specifically, RFC 5000 moves RFC 3000, RFC 3300, RFC 3600, and RFC 3700 to Historic status.
