Overview#

Resource Indicators for OAuth 2.0 is an Internet Draft is defined in RFC 8707 and provides for an "Indicator" of for the OAuth Target Resource the OAuth Scope is to be applied.

Resource Parameter value identifies a Target Resource to which the OAuth Client is requesting access.

The value of "scopes" is an array of combinations of scopes and resources which are often referred to as “scope-resource clusters”
