Overview#
SCIM Service Provider Configuration Endpoints are identified for System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)SCIM defines three endpoints to facilitate discovery of SCIM service provider features and schema that MAY be retrieved using HTTP GET:
In cases where a request is for a specific "ResourceType" or "Schema", the single JSON SCIM Retrieving a Known Resource
When returning multiple ResourceTypes or Schemas, the message form described by the "urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:ListResponse" (ListResponse) form SHALL be used.
When using SCIM Service Provider Configuration Endpoints, SCIM Query parameters such as SCIM Filtering, SCIM Sorting, and SCIM Pagination, SHALL BE ignored.
If a "filter" is provided for SCIM Service Provider Configuration Endpoints the SCIM Service Provider SHOULD respond with HTTP Status Code 403 (Forbidden) to ensure that SCIM Clients cannot incorrectly assume that any matching conditions specified in a filter are true.
