Overview#

LDAP#

When this flag is present on an AttributeType definition the attribute is restricted to possessing a single value. Absence of the flag implies the AttributeType definition may have multiple values.

eDirectory also shows DS_SINGLE_VALUED_ATTR set to True when SINGLE-VALUE is present.

SCIM#

multiValued - A Boolean value indicating the attribute's plurality. When false it is SINGLE-VALUE.
