The Subscriber Channel processes events that come from eDirectory (the IDV).

In DirXML, every connector has a Subscriber Channel and Publisher Channel

Novell IDM Driver Filters determine how information flows across each channel.

The Subscriber Channel enable information to flow from the Identity Manager data store to the extended system.
