Synapses is a structure that permits a neuron (or nerve cell) to pass an electrical or chemical signal to another neuron.

Synapses and Artificial Neuron#

Synapses have a really simple job they take a value from their input multiplied it by a specific weight and output the result to the next Artificial Neurons.
