Targeted Attack typically involves intelligent planning and occurs when an attacker selects and engages a specific target Resource to achieve a specific objective.

Targeted Attack are considered the more dangerous Threat Model as the attackers are generally willing to expend significant Attack Effort to comprise the target Resource and will launch more focused and Advanced Persistent Threat.
