Unclassified Data carries no National Security implications as defined NIST.SP.800-63 Data Classification

Unclassified Data is available Public data.

Unclassified Data does not, however, indicate that the Data is not sensitive, not in need of specific Access Control, or available publicly.

For Example, it may not be desired that someone change the logo or deface the the Organizational Entity's WEB page.
