Userinfo_signing_alg_values_supported is a OPTIONAL Openid-configuration JSON array containing a list of the JSON Web Signature signing algorithms (alg values) JSON Web Algorithms supported by the Userinfo_endpoint to encode the Claims in a JSON Web Token.

The value none MAY be included.
