X.660 Recommendation ITU-T X.660 | ISO/IEC 9834-1 defines a tree structure that supports international Object Identifiers (OIDs).X.660 includes registration of the top-level arcs of the OID tree.
X.660 also specifies procedures for the operation of an International Registration Authority for use, when needed, by other ITU-T Recommendations and/or International Standards.
