Overview#

AttributeSyntax is used in Microsoft Active Directory AttributeSchema as the OID for the LDAPSyntaxe for this attribute.

Microsoft Active Directory uses three AttributeTypes that identify the syntax of the AttributeType:

• AttributeSyntax
• OMSyntax
• OMObjectClass (OPTIONAL)
