Overview #
Attributes flagged DistributedOperation flag should be used for attribute types that store operational data that are need to be distributed (i.e., replicated) to all DSA in the directory environment.
A usage of directoryOperation, DistributedOperation, or DSAOperation indicates that attributes of this type represent operational and/or administrative information. That is, they are Operational Attributes.[1]
