SSLv3 is SSL v 3.0 has a TLS Version protocol ID of 0x0300 and has Deprecating Secure Sockets Layer Version 3.0 (RFC 7568)
SSLv3 MUST NOT be used. (RFC 7568) Negotiation of SSLv3 from any version of TLS MUST NOT be permitted.
